Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kelsheldesigns@gmail.com and include the following information:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item is approved due to a defect or error, a replacement will be issued.
